Our Story
Built on a better way to work
Relaytask was created to solve a problem every growing business faces: how do you scale your team without sacrificing quality? Hiring is slow, freelancers are unreliable, and most outsourcing agencies deliver inconsistent results.
We took a different approach. Instead of simply connecting businesses with remote workers, we built an infrastructure around professional management, continuous training, and real accountability. Every team member is vetted, trained on your tools, and supervised in our office.
That infrastructure is the product. A named team assigned to one account, an office they actually come into, an account manager who oversees the engagement, a five-day onboarding setup before they touch live work, and reporting at whatever cadence you ask for. The management layer is part of the service rather than something you are left to build around it.
